Structure
The organizational structure of Positive is unique in that community partners
make up the Board that governs the direction of the project by providing
experience, knowledge and community connections. Further community involvement
is fostered by the Taskforce structure where specific Taskforces for each
project component are populated and follow work plans under the guidance of
Positive staff. These Taskforces are made up of committed content experts in
each area from DuPage community organizations. Organizations participating on
the Board or on the Taskforces are considered Partners in the work of Positive.
