Agency Counseling- provides counseling to youth and their families in Will, DuPage and Kane counties. Interventions are home and community based. Crossroads- serves the at-risk population residing in District 131. Communities for Youth- intervention services for Will County's chronic juvenile offenders. Unified Delinquency Intervention Services- youth up to age 17 in DuPage County. Comprehensive Community Based Youth Services- crisis program that serves families within DuPage County, addressing runaway prevention and family stabilization for youth ages 10 through 17.

FISH offers a variety of emergency social services to anyone who requests help. FISH maintains a free food pantry and clothes closet in the basement of the Downers Grove Township building at 4340 Prince Street in Downers Grove. On an emergency need basis FISH is able to provide local transportation assistance through volunteer drivers to doctor and dental appointments, therapy, court dates, and public aid offices. FISH is able to provide limited financial assistance for utility bills (except phone), housing and car repairs.
