Access DuPage
(630) 510-8720
Access DuPage is a collaborative effort whose mission is to provide access to medical services to those people in DuPage County, IL who lack access because of economic reasons. Access DuPage is not an insurance program, nor is it a substitute for good health insurance. But if you are without health insurance and meet the eligibility criteria, Access DuPage and its participating physicians will try to provide you with a medical home where you can receive primary care services at a small cost until you become insured. To be eligible for Access DuPage, you must: Reside in DuPage County for at least 90 days Be under the age of 65; (if you are over 65 you are eligible for either Medicaid 630-530-1120 or Medicare 1-800-772-1213) Have a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (about $38,700 for a family of four) Not be eligible for other health insurance programs (Medicaid, Medicare, KidCare, employer-sponsored insurance, Cobra, SSI, etc.). All persons in Access DuPage are enrolled for a one-year period. At the end of each one-year period of eligibility, persons may re-enroll if they still meet the eligibility requirements.
