Parent Mentor Program is administered by NCO and supported by the Naperville Exchange Club. It was founded as a National Exchange Club program for the prevention of child abuse. This program promotes healthy families by providing volunteer mentoring support to families under stress who seek to improve their parenting skills and manage their households in a positive and healthy way.

Teen Parent Connection provides parenting support services to teen parents (under 22 yrs old) throughout DuPage County. Services include -
Doula Program: a home visitation program providing prenatal care education and labor support. Postpartum visits cover breastfeeding, bonding, and postpartum depression education. Childbirth classes: 8 wk classes covering ways to stay comfortable during labor, nutrition, and signs & symptoms of labor. Partners/ family members are encouraged to attend. Healthy Families DuPage: Family Support Workers provide information and support through weekly home visits. Home visits cover child development, health & immunizations, developmental screenings, goal setting and coping skills. Teen Parent Groups: Weekly parent group meetings provide parenting education and peer support. Dinner and Childcare are provided. Parents' Pantry: An incentive program in which participants can purchase diapers, wipes, baby food and formula using "baby bucks" earned by participating in the programs. Prevention Program: A health education program focused on STI/ Pregnancy prevention presented to local middle schools and high schools. Academic Scholarships are also available to program participants. All services to participants are free.
